Please allow at least 1 hr for first office visits


Please check with your insurance company regarding coverage.  An itemized receipt will be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if requested.  At this time, Medicaid and Medicare do not cover acupuncture.  It is an out of pocket expense.  We are CIGNA in network providers for plans that include acupuncture and will bill CIGNA directly. 

Rates of treatment vary depending on services provided.  Most patients pay:
First visit: $85
Return visit: $65
Pediatrics (under 14) First visit: $65
Pediatrics Return visit: $40

You will be notified in advance if your treatment requires additional services and additional fees.  
Payment or Copay is due at time of treatment.  We accept cash, check or credit card. 

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first appointment to complete paperwork or download the three documents here and bring to your first appointment.
